Arcane River & symbols

From level 200 the game moves to Arcane River: six regions with strong monsters that need Arcane Power to fight well. Arcane Power comes from Arcane Symbols. Eden makes symbols far easier to get than GMS does.

The regions#

After Esfera come Moonbridge, the Labyrinth of Suffering and Limina (up to level 265), then Grandis: Cernium and Hotel Arcus. See the Training guide (Lv. 10 – 275).

Arcane Power#

Each Arcane River map expects a certain amount of Arcane Power. Below it, your damage is cut hard. Above it, you fight normally. Arcane Power comes from your equipped symbols:

Each level adds 10 Arcane Power and 100 of your main stat.

Getting symbols on Eden#

• Nave in the Henesys Market sells every Arcane Symbol for 10,000 mesos.
• Fredrick's workshop in the Free Market raises symbols directly: pick a symbol (or all six), choose a level from 1 to 20 and pay 10,000 mesos per level. If you don't own a symbol yet, he hands it over.

A symbol that normally takes weeks of dailies costs you 200,000 mesos on Eden.

Symbol slots#

The six symbol slots in your equipment window open as you progress the Arcane River story quests, the first three early in Vanishing Journey and the rest later. If a symbol can't be equipped, keep going with the story in that region.

5th job and the V Matrix#

At level 200 you also unlock the V Matrix (5th job). Nave sells Nodestones for 10,000 mesos each. Open them to get V cores for your matrix.
