Quick answers to the questions new players ask most.
Is Eden really free?#
Yes. Everything can be earned in game, and monsters even drop NX. Donations are optional and pay for the server. See VIP, NX & donations.
What version is Eden?#
MapleStory v232, the modern game with Arcane River, Grandis and 5th job. It isn't an old-school server.
What are the rates?#
EXP x7, drops x2, mesos x2, quest EXP x1. Burning maps add up to +100% EXP. The details are in Rates, burning maps & NX.
Is Auto Battle allowed?#
Yes. @ac is part of the server. The server fights for you with your own skills for 6 h a day at 50% rewards. Third-party bots, macros and hacks are not allowed. See Auto Battle (@ac) and Rules.
Will I lose progress if the game crashes?#
Very little. Characters save automatically every few minutes, and everyone is saved when the server restarts for an update.
Can I have more than one character?#
Yes. Your account holds several characters. Many classes give link skills that help your other characters.
How do I get NX?#
From monsters while you hunt (about one kill in forty), or as a thank-you for a donation. See Rates, burning maps & NX and VIP, NX & donations.
I lost my password. What now?#
Ask on Discord. Staff will verify the account is yours and help you reset it.
Mac or Linux?#
The client is Windows only. Some players use Windows in a virtual machine, but we can't support that.
Where do I report bugs?#
On Discord. Include your character name, what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
